The program stores your laboratory results and imaging reports. It reads values from uploaded files, arranges them in a table and on charts, and lets you print them. A result outside the range given by the laboratory is marked in colour — this is only a comparison with the range on the sheet.
The program does not assess results, does not make diagnoses, does not say whether anything has improved or worsened, and does not replace medical advice. It is not for urgent matters — in an emergency call 112 or 999.
The program can make reading mistakes. That is why you check each sheet read against the document and correct it before the results go into the table. Places where the program was unsure are marked. Confirming a reading only means the numbers match the sheet — it is not a medical assessment.
Uploading results does not mean a doctor has looked at them or checks them regularly. A doctor assesses your results only at a consultation, if you book one. Consultations are a separate medical service, with their own prices and visit terms on the booking page. You do not need an account in the program to book. If you are a patient of the clinic, your doctor sees the results you upload here as part of your care.
You create an account by giving your first name, surname, PESEL, mobile number and e-mail. At each sign-in you get a new code by text message, valid for 10 minutes. Do not give the code to anyone. A session ends after an hour or when you close the browser.
The first 7 days from creating the account are free (trial). After that, access costs 19 zł for 30 days or 199 zł for 12 months. You pay once via PayU (BLIK, bank transfer, card); nothing renews automatically and we do not store your card details. Paid time is added to the time you already have. When the paid time ends, you can still view and print your results — you cannot add new ones until you pay for another period. Payments are received by Specjalistyczna Praktyka Lekarska Piotr Niedziałkowski.
A clinic patient has full access free of charge for 6 months from their last visit. Each new visit starts the six months again. A person with an account created on this page who has had a visit at the clinic also gets six months free from that visit. After that time you can still view and print your results.
1. After signing in, you have your own referral link at the top of the page.
2. For each person you refer, you get 1 extra month of access. Only a person counts who created an account through your link, confirmed it with an SMS code on their own mobile phone, did not have an account before (neither their phone nor their PESEL was in the program) and is not you (has a different phone and a different PESEL).
3. The month is added after 14 days if the referred person still has an account.
4. For one person, only one referrer gets the month, and only once.
5. You can get at most 24 months from referrals. Months from referrals are added to the end of your access.
6. The reward is only access time to the program. It cannot be exchanged for money, visits or consultations, or passed on to anyone else.
7. You do not see the data or results of the people you referred. You only see how many months you received.
8. Only refer people you know. Do not send the link in bulk or without the recipient’s consent.
9. For fake accounts, disposable numbers or buying referrals, the months from referrals are forfeited.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment without giving a reason — just write to kontakt@ocenazdrowia.pl. Because you ask for access to start immediately, you pay only for the days you used; we will refund the rest within 14 days, the same way you paid.
You can delete your account at any time with the “Delete account” button after signing in. We then immediately delete the account, uploaded files and results. They disappear from backups automatically within 30 days. Medical records from a doctor consultation are not part of the account — the law requires them to be kept separately. For a clinic patient, deleting the account switches off access to the page; the results remain in the clinic’s records.

We will e-mail you about any change to the terms at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
